The developer and architectural review committee will enforce a very strict architectural review of all improvements within the

About Eagle Cove Estates

Eagle Cove Estates is a new exclusive subdivision
located on the shores of beautiful Fourth Lake of the
Fulton Chain of Lakes. This 28+ acre development has
approximately 978 feet of sandy water front.  In the
nineties, Lynn University used the site for their Old
Forge campus.  From 1943-1993 it had been used
seasonally as a children’s camp known as Camp Eagle
